ORDERING & SHIPPING

Once you have made your order in Goodio online store, you will receive confirmation e-mail with following information: price of the order, ordered products, shipping costs and delivery address. In order to be able to send you confirmation email we need your email address that you are asked during shopping process.

SHIPPING TERMS

- We sell goods to legal age private persons and companies in the United States
- Orders are processed mostly within 1 business day of receipt from our warehouse. Therefore, delivery time quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse after the 2-5 business days of processing are completed. However, during holidays processing time can be longer. 
- If shipment is faulty or products are wrong, please contact us without hesitation via phone or email. You can find our contact information below
- Once your order and payment is confirmed, there is no possibility to change, remove or add products nor change shipping methods.
